*New Patient Cancellation Policy: Here at Backed by Blackmon, Dr. B. Likely sets aside an hour for each new patient. Due to an influx of no-shows to new patient appointments, we are now requiring a $25.00 deposit to be applied to your initial appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, then the $25.00 deposit will be refunded as long as the appointment is canceled 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. If you provide less than a 24-hour notice or no-show, then you will not be refunded your deposit. A visit will be considered is considered a no-show 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Three no-shows will result in a requirement of any future appointments to be pre-payed.
*Saturday Appointment Policy: Saturday appointments are pre-payed appointments. This means that your payment will be due prior to your appointment date. We have decided to do this because we understand that Saturday is the only day of the week that many patients can be seen in the office; therefore, we want to help minimize the amount of no-shows on Saturday appointments. Many times, when the office experiences a no-show, then there is not enough time to fill that appointment slot with someone else that also desired it. Saturday appointments will not be bookable online and must be booked by calling the office.
